2.An Advance of 25% of the guaranteed number will have to be paid at the time of Booking the function, the balance of 50% of the guarenteed amount has to be
paid four days prior to the function along with the menu.
3.The Advance paid is Non Returnable. Non Tranferable in event of cancellation.
4.Lunch Party Timings os from 10-00 a.m to 3-00 p.m,Dinner 6-00 p.m to 10-30 p.m and there after applicable rate per hour will be charged extra.
5.No Bands & DJ's will be alllowed inside the hotel premises, only soft music will be played.
6.Out side Food and Decoration not Allowed.
7.No Food items will be packed and taken out.
8.If number of persons are less hall rental will be charged extra.
9.Children will be charged same as Adults.
10.In the event of the number of persons exceeding 10% of the guaranteed numberr an extra number rate of 15% of the agreed rate will be charged per person
excess number of people.
